Goals:
To help develop complete basketball players: Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually.
To help players set goals for themselves.
To reward those players who work hard in the off-season.
Process:
Record all basketball related hours, and other earned hours on your calendar. Explain, in detail, what basketball skills you worked on and how you did it.
Earning Hours:

Playing in a spring or fall sport.

10 Hours:

Making the A or B honor roll in fall/spring.

1 Hour:

For every hour spent in the weight room.

1 Hour:

For every hour you attend a church service.
|

1 Hour:

Bonus hour for every 250 free throws shot.

1 Hour:

For every hour of practice on basketball. (Includes camps, RCTC, summer tournaments, shooting, etc...)

Reward:
Reaching goals, becoming a better player, working hard, having fun, pride, and a Lake City Basketball 300 Hour Club T-Shirt.
