| Shawn Sweeney, Head Coach: Coach Sweeney begins his seventh year at the helm of the Lake City Program. Coach Sweeney was the Girls basketball coach in Lake City for 21 seasons, and also was the head boys basketball coach at Faribault B.A. for 3 seasons. Coach Sweeney is also an assistant in the football program, and teaches Physical Education and Adolescent Literature at Lake City High School. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with degrees in English and Physical Education, and also holds a Masters Degree from Winona State University in Physical Education. |
| Leo Fausch, JV: Coach Fausch has spent 41 years on the boys basketball staff. This year marks the start of his 40th year as a JV coach in Lake City! He has shown great dedication and put in countless hours for the Lake City Basketball Program and its players. Coach Fausch graduated from Mankato State University with a degreee in Social Studies. When not on the hardcourt he keeps the DNR in business chasing the whitetails, turkeys, and fish. |
| Kirk Thornton, 9th Grade: Coach Thornton is in his third year coaching and third year teaching at Lake City. He graduated from Lake City High School, where he was a three sport athlete for the Tigers. Thornton graduated from Winona State and currently teaches fourth grade at Bluff View Elementary. |
| Alex Borgschatz, 8th Grade: Coach Borgschatz is in his second year coaching in the Tigers program. His previous coaching expereince was with the Winona Runnin' Rebels 7th grade team during the 2009-10 season. Coach Borgschatz helped guide the Runnin' Rebels to the state championship last season. He currently works for Legacies LLC. He was a former All-Conference selection on the 2004-05 Tigers that went 25-2 overall and 17-0 in HVL play.

| Luther Berkeland, 7th Grade: Coach Berkeland is in his fifth year with the boys program. Before taking a hiatus from the sidelines, he coached girls basketball for 15 years. Berkeland graduated from South Winneshiek High School in Calmar, Iowa and then attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He also coaches the Lake City Varisty Boys Golf Team. Currently Berkeland teaches 6th grade at Bluff View Elementary.
