Lake City Basketball has been offering an Alumni Tournament for the last 28 years. The tournament is held every Easter Holiday weekend with alumni from both the men's and women's program participating. The 2010 Alumni Champions are the Class of 2005.

The Class of 2005 repeated as Lake City Basketball Alumni Tournament Champions April 3. They never trailed in the entire tournament, jumping out to a 19-0 lead in a 53-43 semifinal win over the class of 2007. In the championship game, they had leads of 16-0 and 29-6, while cruising to the title by a score of 59-44 over the class of 2009. Team members included: Cody Blair, Alex Borgschatz, Mike Dick, Eric Gosse, Nolan Krause, Jacob Schumacher, Quinn Sweeney and Josh Wise.
