| Shawn Sweeney, Head Coach: Coach Sweeney begins his fourth year at the helm of the Lake City Program. Coach Sweeney was the Girls basketball coach in Lake City for 21 seasons, and also was the head boys basketball coach at Faribault B.A. for 3 seasons. Coach Sweeney is also an assistant in the football program, and teaches Physical Education at Lake City High School. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with degrees in English and Physical Education, and also holds a Masters Degree from Winona State University in Physical Education. |
| Leo Fausch, B-Squad: Coach Fausch has spent 38 years on the boys basketball staff. This year marks the start of his 37th year as a B-Squad coach in Lake City! He has shown great dedication and put in countless hours for the Lake City Basketball Program and its players. Coach Fausch graduated from Mankato State University with a degreee in Social Studies. When not on the hardcourt he keeps the DNR in business chasing the whitetails, turkeys, and fish. |
| Lukas Brott, 9th Grade: Coach Brott is in his third year coaching and teaching at Lake City. He graduated from Powell County High School in Deer Lodge, Montana. He attended Concordia College-Moorhead where he played football and basketball. He currently teaches Biology at Lake City High School and also serves as a coach for 9th grade football and Junior High Track and Field. |
| Josh Boraas, 8th Grade: Coach Boraas is in his second year coaching and teaching at Lake City. He graduated from Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School, where he played football, basketball and track. He attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he also played football. Boraas currently teaches Social Studies at Lake City High School and is also the 8th grade football coach.

| Luther Berkeland, 8th Grade: Coach Berkeland is in his second year with the boys program. Before taking a hiatus from the sidelines, he coached girls basketball for 15 years. Berkeland graduated from South Winneshiek High School in Calmar, Iowa and then attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He also coaches the Lake City Junior High Golf Team. Currently Berkeland teaches 6th grade at Bluff View Elementary.

| Steve Randgaard, 7th Grade: Coach Randgaard has been a junior high basketball coach for 28 years in Lake City, 25 with the boys program and 3 with the girls. Randgaard graduated from Staples-Motley High School and then Bemidji State with a degree in Elementary Education. He currently teaches 5th grade at Bluff View Elementary. He also coaches the Varsity Boys and Girls Golf teams. |
