I. Jump Rope (1 minute)
II. Dot Drill (1 minute)
III. Ball Slaps (20 times)
IV. Stationary Ball Handling: head, waist, right leg, left leg, both legs, figure 8 (5 times each spot, both directions)

V. Stationary Ball Handling (Dribble): head, waist, right leg, left leg, both legs, figure 8 (5 times each spot, both directions)


VI. Mikan Drill (make 40)
VII. Post Offense (Do This on Both Sides!):

a.   Drop Step Baseline (10 times)

b.   Drop Step Middle (10 times)

c.   Ball Fake Turn Around Jumpshot: Baseline (10 times)

d.   Up and Under: Baseline (10 times)

e.   Ball Fake Turn Around Jumpshot: Middle (10 times)

f.   Up and Under: Middle (10 times)
VIII. Free Throws (Make 10 +/- system)
IX. Full Court Ball Handling: x-over, behind back, between legs, step back (3 times down and back each skill)

X. Block to Block Shots (Make 15 +/- system)
XI. Jump Rope (1 minute)
XII. 10 Foot Shots Facing Hoop (Make 10 +/- system)
XIII. Free Throws (Make 10 +/- system)
XIV. 15 Foot Shots Facing Hoop (Make 10 +/- system)
XV. Free Throws (make 10 +/- system)
XVI. Rebound Drill: Toss off board, Keep ball high (Make 20)
XVII. Free Throws (make 10 +/- system)
XVIII. Defensive Slides: Side to Side (20)
XIX. Free Throws (make 10 +/- system)
XX. Weight Room 3+ times/week
